📦 No Return Policy

At Bampaa, each gift box is carefully curated and often personalized to create a thoughtful and memorable experience for the recipient. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why No Returns?

  • Food Safety: Our gift boxes include edible items such as chocolates and wine. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food or beverage items.

  • Personalized Products: Many of our gift boxes are customized to your preferences. Once prepared, these bespoke items cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to review the issue and make it right.
